Packing
Our packing has been studied to avoid any kind of damage during handling and transport. Other special types of packing can be assessed upon the customer’s specific request.
Each package has a label identifying the product.
Sheets
Packing with edge guards and wood scantlings.
Each package is fastened by two or more cross straps, with lengthwise edge guards and on wood scantlings. (60×60)
Packing on pallet with edge guards. (NORMAL).
80X80 scantlings and 35×90 planks, longer or equal to 3000 mm
Package arranged on lightweight pallets (one-way), with lengthwise edge guards and fastened with one or more cross straps.
Material on pallet with edge guards. (HEAVY).

Strips (eye to wall)
Packing with several strips arranged eye to wall.

Single strip – one or more straps all around, plus two/three radial straps.
Covered with paper hood on last turn.
Package – two strips fastened together with two radial straps on cradle.
Strips (eye to sky)
Packing with several strips arranged eye to sky on wood scantlings
Several strips on wood scantlings, spaced apart and arranged eye to sky.
Single strip – one strap all around, plus two/three radial straps.
Package – strips stacked with wood scantlings in between (40×40) on wood supports (60×60), all strapped together.

Limits: 5000 kg maximum weight allowed per pack.
